dans la pâtisserie où j'ai travaillé ces dernières années, on utilise de jeunes pousses d'épicéa dans les cakes, biscuits et pâtisseries : sous forme de poudre, ou infusé dans la crème

I'd sure love to pull up a chair to this cozy kuchen menu. I had a flashing thought about trying pine essential oil in the cake or a scant drop in the whipping cream. I love using raspberry powder that I make in whipping cream so this might be a fun experiment for me in the future. Yum. Thank you.
