I share your dream of having at least 1 fermenting pot hanging around the kitchen of every household. That’s why I love giving small, local, easy accessible workshops on just simply lacto fermentation basics. What a great conversation! As someone who has played around with fermented foods, but not consistently, the conversation about lifestyle and habits impacting health really resonated. Slowing down, making time to make yogurt every week or feed a sourdough starter has been a challenge for me - but definitely a goal I want to work towards. Thank you!
