Thank you Sam, this was such in interesting conversation. You have asked all the questions that have been nagging me also. I share your dream of having at least 1 fermenting pot hanging around the kitchen of every household. That’s why I love giving small, local, easy accessible workshops on just simply lacto fermentation basics. From there I notice that those who have further interest will dig further, and those who don’t at least started, and hopefully stick with the basics🤞🏽 Thank you for all your great content & recipe book 🙏🏽

You’re most welcome Nicole, I’m glad you enjoyed it! We each do our own little bit to try and help promote fermentation. I read once that fermenters are some of the most giving people and I truly believe it. Keep doing what you’re doing!

What a great conversation! As someone who has played around with fermented foods, but not consistently, the conversation about lifestyle and habits impacting health really resonated. Slowing down, making time to make yogurt every week or feed a sourdough starter has been a challenge for me - but definitely a goal I want to work towards. Thank you!
