You are so right about the garden cucumbers beckoning for more food creativity. I love your recipe and I have everything I need to prepare it for lunch. I love foraging on my walks and thanks for the reminder to get to the beach for some sea beans. Chow....for now.

The tortas, fig and goats cheese recipe is dangerously addictive... Sweet and savoury with a perfect balance of textures - the creamy cheese, the juicy figs and the crunch of the tortas all tied together nicely by the sticky fermented garlic honey. Incredible.
